The couple exchanged vows during a traditional Catholic ceremony at St. Joseph Church—a space filled with light, reverence, and emotion. It was a grounding and sacred start to the day, surrounded by close friends and family.
National Parks-Inspired Design
As guests arrived at Rist Canyon Inn for the reception, they were greeted with a one-of-a-kind welcome sign inspired by National Park trail signage. The couple’s love for the outdoors showed up in clever ways throughout the day – especially in the seating chart, where guests were assigned to tables named after wildlife like moose, owls, buffalo, and trout, complete with illustrated icons and the title, “Find Your Party Animal.” It was playful, unique, and so very them.
Thoughtful Details + Unforgettable Celebrations
Every element of Lauren and Zach’s day was brought to life with care:
- Lush, vibrant florals by Bliss Florist added romantic pops of color across the venue—from bouquets to suspended greenery hoops above the reception tables.
- A tower of cookies from Mary’s Mountain Cookies served as a fun (and delicious!) alternative to cake.
- Catering by Greens Point Catering kept guests full and happy all evening long.
- Music by Ron Michaels turned the barn into a dance party as the sun went down, with light bouncing off a disco ball and guests dancing late into the night.
