Jeri and Josh tied the knot in their sweet and small hometown! Josh’s family has raised cows for generations and own quite a bit of farmland. They held their ceremony on their land in the exact spot where they someday want to build a house. Seriously — SO romantic!!
They included the sweetest details in their wedding: Josh custom built their wedding arch as a ceremony backdrop and Jeri wore her mom’s cowgirl boots from her teenage years as a square dancer.
Some other country touches we loved were the lemonade signature drink, the burlap lighted backdrop behind the bridal party table, large galvanized letters spelling their last name, freshly picked wildflowers lining the ceremony aisle, and Jeri’s stunning lacy dress!
During the ceremony, the pastor had the wedding party and guests hold hands, making a large circle around Jeri and Josh to pray for them and their marriage. It was such an emotional moment. The reception started and ended with slow sweet country songs with lots of dancing in between!
Congrats Mr. and Mrs. Holt! This was just the perfect small town rustic wedding!
